How the Billing Process Work?

Test is ordered by provider and sample is received at RPh Labs.

prevention
We verify insurance benefits and submit a claim to your payer.
Insurance processes the claim and sends an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
fast-delivery
If there is a remaining patient responsibility, a final bill is delivered.

We submit claims for insured patients directly to insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid, in accordance with all applicable insurer requirements. Please provide accurate patient insurance information when submitting specimens and verify whether our labs are in-network with your plan, as this can affect coverage levels. Regardless of your in-network status, RPH Labs is committed to helping make testing more affordable for all patients.

In some cases, insurance may not cover the full cost of testing. This can occur if deductibles have not been met or if certain services are excluded from coverage under a plan. Some tests may not be fully covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance contracts.

Financial Assistance Program

RPH Labs is dedicated to supporting patients in accessing affordable testing. Eligibility for financial assistance is based on income, household size, and other Federal or State criteria.
