Shipping Policy

At RPh LABS, INC., our goal is to deliver your Pharmacogenetic (PGx) Testing Kit quickly and securely so you can get your results as soon as possible. Please review our shipping practices and procedures below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Costs & Transit Times

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders.
  • Transit Time: Once your order has been processed, standard transit time is 5 business days. Therefore, the total estimated delivery time (Processing + Transit) is up to 10 business days.
  • Carrier: All outbound kits are shipped via USPS.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Returning Your Sample to the Lab

Your PGx Testing Kit includes a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label for returning your DNA sample to our laboratory. To ensure the viability of your sample and the accuracy of your test:

  • Please drop off your completed kit at a designated USPS location on the same day you collect your sample.
  • Do not leave the return package in extreme heat or cold (such as an outdoor drop box sitting in direct sunlight).
  • Keep a record of your return tracking number so you can monitor its journey back to our facility.

5. Domestic and International Shipping

  • Domestic: We currently ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • International: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

RPh LABS, INC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately at hello@rphlabs.com. (Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on receiving a replacement kit).

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Jurisdiction 

From its principal office in Texas, United States of America, RPh LABS, INC. controls and operates the Site. No representation is made that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations by RPh LABS, INC. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws apply.

By accepting these Policies, you acknowledge that they are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without consideration for its choice of law or conflict of law provisions. In any claim or action related to the Site or under these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas, Texas. Any objections to this jurisdiction or venue are waived by both parties. In the event that legal action is taken to enforce these Policies, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
