Order your PGx testing kit online after uploading your prescription or requisition form, which is required for this process, and collect your sample at home using a cheek swab test. No needles, no appointments—just a quick and painless experience. Our at-home genetic testing kits come with clear instructions, prepaid shipping, and secure packaging for convenient return.

STEP 2

Pack The Sample and Drop

After collecting your sample, seal the swab securely. Place it inside the provided biohazard bag and seal it properly. Next, insert the bag into the return shipping box or envelope included in your kit. Drop it off at the nearest courier location mentioned on the label. Your package will be delivered directly to the RPH lab.
